Welcome to ATM Credit, a demonstration project within the “Million Opportunities” program of the New Reality platform. These Terms of Service govern your use of our website at https://atm.credit. By accessing or using this site, you agree to comply with these terms.

1. Platform Purpose

ATM Credit is a demo environment, not a real financial institution. All lending and repayment operations are simulated, using FDK demo tokens that:

• Have no real-world monetary value

• Cannot be exchanged or withdrawn

• Exist only within the New Reality demo ecosystem

2. Eligibility

By using the site, you confirm that:

• You understand and accept the demo nature of all services

• You will not attempt to exploit or misrepresent the platform as real

• You are at least 18 years of age or have permission from a legal guardian

3. Use of Services

• Users may simulate receiving loans in FDK demo tokens

• Repayments, including simulated interest, must be made via FDK to the designated demo wallet

• No real money, assets, or personal credit information is ever processed

4. Policy on Repayments & Defaults

Repayment Options:

• Manual simulated transfers of FDK tokens

• Scheduled “auto-repayment” based on demo account rules

Late Payment Consequences:

• Simulated penalties applied to your demo credit profile

• Impacts demo credit score within the platform

Default Procedure:

• Account flagged as in demo-default

• Future access to demo loans may be restricted

No legal enforcement is conducted as this is a non-commercial demo.

5. Intellectual Property

All content, branding, and platform logic are owned by ATM Credit or its licensors and may not be reused or redistributed.

6. Liability Disclaimer

ATM Credit is provided “as-is” with no warranties of any kind. We are not liable for reliance on simulation data or platform behavior.
